Sales – A prospective buyer or seller of a residential property, commercial property, or business opportunity. This includes vacant land.

Leasing – Individuals or businesses interested in leasing residential or commercial property.

Property Management – A residential or commercial property owner who is interested in the full service professional management of their property.

Community Association Management – HOA & Condominium Associations interested in professional management.

Agent Referrals - An individual with a Florida Real Estate License wanting to activate with a full service brokerage or change from their current real estate company.

Buyer & Seller Referrals

Help find a new home for your neighbors, friends, coworkers and organization members. By submitting a Buyer Referral to All Florida Referral Network, you are ensuring that a qualified full-time real estate agent will be assigned to handle their home search.

If you know of someone who is selling their home, please fill out the Seller Referral form. By doing this, you will be helping your acquaintance to sell their home more quickly and putting some cash in your pocket as well.

All Florida Referral Network, Inc. compensates the Referral Agent at a 70% split of the gross referral less a $50 transaction coordination fee. Below is a sample outline to provide a better understanding of the commission policy.

Referral Agent refers a qualified buyer who purchases a $100,000 home. If the commission is at a 6% rate and the referral fee is 25%, your commission upon closing would be $490.

Commissions are paid promptly upon receipt of the check from the real estate company.
