If you know
of someone who is selling their home, please fill out the Seller
Referral form. By doing this, you will be helping your acquaintance
to sell their home more quickly and putting some cash in your pocket
as well.
All Florida
Referral Network, Inc. compensates the Referral Agent at a 70% split
of the gross referral less a $50 transaction coordination fee. Below
is a sample outline to provide a better understanding of the commission
policy.
Referral Agent
refers a qualified buyer who purchases a $100,000 home. If the commission
is at a 6% rate and the referral fee is 25%, your commission upon
closing would be $490.

$6000 Gross Commission
x 50% Buyer side of transaction
$3000 Buyers side commission
x 25% Referral Fee
$750 Amount paid to All Florida Referral Network, Inc.

Commissions
are paid promptly upon receipt of the check from the real estate
company.
