David Bessette

The seeds for this company were actually planted many years before its inception. At the age of 16, David Bessette purchased his first rental property in Daytona Beach, Florida. Even though the investment wasn’t as profitable as planned, it certainly helped develop David’s love for real estate. At the urging of a friend, David relocated to the Orlando area where he found the opportunity to learn all aspects of the Real Estate Industry, under the guiding hand of George Gaines. It was difficult to choose which field to specialize in because he loved all of them, but he finally decided on a career in the appraisal field in Orlando, Florida. While working in the Orlando area David’s extensive training and experiences as an appraiser gave him a real appreciation for value. This appreciation lead to his relationship and marriage to Pamela, who became his wife and future business partner. Together they worked very hard in the appraisal business.

In 1979 David decided that it was time to open his own appraisal company and relocated his family back to Daytona Beach. Wanting to expand their interest in the different areas of Real Estate, David and Pam purchased a full service Real Estate Company in 1986, but continued to work in the appraisal field. In 1997 they purchased the statewide offices of a troubled Real Estate Company. They have relocated to the Port St. Lucie office, which has become the regional headquarters and they now supervise the company’s operations for all of the offices that are located throughout the State of Florida.

Although originally known predominately as a property management firm, the company has become a worthy sales competitor in the Florida market as well as growing and expanding other services. A complete range of real estate services is now offered, including:
